These terms apply when you buy Landwar Games credits. They add to the Terms of Service. You accept them by ticking the box before payment.

2. What you buy
Credits are a virtual currency for the games on landwargame.com. They are used in the games that offer items or features for credits; each game sets what it offers and its price in credits. Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged back into money and cannot be transferred to another account (see the Terms of Service, section 4).

3. Price and payment
- The price of each pack is shown before you pay and includes any taxes. Visitors from Türkiye pay in Turkish lira, everyone else in US dollars.
- You pay by debit or credit card on the secure payment page of our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- The charge appears on your card statement as LANDWARGAME. Your bank may add a fee for payments in a foreign currency.
- To buy credits you need an account with a confirmed email address. Anyone under 18 needs the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Delivery
The credits are added to your account automatically and immediately after the payment is confirmed, and you receive a confirmation email. If the credits do not appear within a few minutes, write to [email protected] with your order number.
5. No right of withdrawal, no refunds
Credits are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium and is delivered at once. Before paying you ask us to deliver it immediately and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. For this reason all purchases are final and not refundable, also when credits are left unused (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(ğ)).
This does not affect your rights when something goes wrong on our side: if you were charged but did not receive your credits, were charged twice, or the credits cannot be used because of a fault of ours, contact us and we will deliver the credits or refund the payment.
6. Payment disputes
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. When a payment is disputed, the credits from it are removed from your balance while the dispute is open, and we share the order details and the account records described in the Privacy Policy with the payment provider and the card issuer.
7. Complaints
Send complaints to [email protected]; we answer within a few working days. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence. Consumers in the EU keep the rights given to them by the law of their country.
