Terms of Service

These terms apply to landwargame.com, the games on it and your Landwar Games account (together, the "service"). The service is operated by Ema Bilişim Sağlık Hizmetleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Şifa Mah. İnönü Cad. Tuzla Kıptaş 1. Etap Konutları B5 Blok No: 75 K İç Kapı No: 28, Tuzla, İstanbul, Türkiye. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The service

Landwar Games is a collection of games that run in your web browser. The games are free to play. We may add, change or remove games and features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We work to keep it available but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

2. Your account

• You can play without an account. To create one you must be at least 13 years old.
• Give a real email address that you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• Your display name must not impersonate others or be offensive or unlawful.
• You can delete your account at any time on the account page. Deleting it ends access to your credits and to anything stored with the account.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not cheat in ways that affect other players or our systems, use bots or automation against the service, exploit bugs, attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the service, reverse engineer our servers, or use the service for anything unlawful. 4. Credits

• Credits are a virtual currency that you can use in the games on landwargame.com that offer items or features for credits. Each game sets what it offers and its price in credits.
• Credits give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the service. They are not money, have no cash value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged back into money, and cannot be sold, transferred or given to another account.
• Credits do not expire while your account exists. They are lost if you delete your account or if we close it for a serious breach of these terms.
• Buying credits is covered by the Credits and Sales Terms. Because credits are digital content delivered instantly, purchases are final and not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), the credits from that payment are removed from your balance while the dispute is open, and we may suspend the account if the dispute is unfounded.
• If we ever close the service, we will announce it at least 60 days in advance so that you can use your credits.

5. Advertising

The free games are paid for by advertising. Ads are shown around the games by Google AdSense and, with your consent, may be personalised. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The games, their graphics, sounds, code, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may play them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to the games and post your own screenshots and videos of them.

7. Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or when the law requires it. Where possible we will tell you why. You can stop using the service at any time.

8. Liability

The games are provided free of charge and as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data stored only on your device or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for you, we will tell signed-in users before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and Turkish consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and consumer courts. Otherwise the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most problems are solved quickly.
